COMPETITION ENTRY FORM
eQvest Limited Giveaway Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction This document outlines the terms and conditions for the eQvest Limited Giveaway Competition. By entering this competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Competition Organizer The competition is organized by eQvest Limited, in partnership with Unum Capital as the fund portfolio manager.
3. Eligibility Participants must be over the age of 18 and residing in South Africa. Employees of eQvest Limited and Unum Capital and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
4. Competition Duration The competition runs from the 27th of November 2023 to the 3rd of January 2024.
5. Entry Method Participants must like and share the competition post on eQvest Limited’s official social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and others). Participants must tag 2 people and complete the form on the eQvest Limited website at eQvest Competition Page. Each participant is allowed only one entry.
6. Prizes 1st Prize: R5000,00 investment account with eQvest Limited, divided between the MZANZI MEDIA AND ENTERTAINMENT FUND and the MEDIA CATALOGUE CORPORATION FUND, and a VIP Day in Johannesburg. 2nd Prize: R2500,00 investment account with eQvest Limited, divided between the two funds, and branded merchandise. 3rd Prize: R1000,00 investment account with eQvest Limited, divided between the two funds, and branded merchandise. The investment accounts are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective funds. More information is available on the eQvest Limited website.
7. Winner Selection and Notification Winners will be selected through a random draw on the 5th of January 2024. Winners will be notified on the 5th and 6th of January 2024. To claim the investment prize, winners must submit all FICA information required to open an investment account with eQvest Limited.
8. Publicity By participating, winners grant eQvest Limited permission to use their likeness for marketing purposes.
9. Liability and Indemnification eQvest Limited is not liable for any loss or damages incurred during the VIP Day or in relation to the prizes.
10. Data Protection Participants consent to eQvest Limited using their personal information for marketing purposes and acknowledge that the competition complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
11. Compliance with Laws This competition is a marketing and promotional campaign and complies with the relevant South African laws and regulations.
12. Dispute Resolution Any disputes relating to the competition should be emailed to info@eqvest.co.za.
13. Amendments and Termination eQvest Limited reserves the right to amend these terms or terminate the competition under certain conditions.
